INJURY POLICY
Parents, please read the following information and tick the box below to confirm your acknowledgment and understanding.
I acknowledge that dancing is an active sport in which there is an inherent risk of injury. While great care is taken to provide a safe dance environment, my child participates in dance lessons at his or her own risk. I am aware that neither the teacher nor the studio can be held liable should an injury occur before, during or after classes.
